How it works

See exactly what you're buying. Before you buy it.

Orevant turns your water system's public record into a simple answer: what needs attention, what's coming next, what changed, and what funding can pay for it. Walk through it below — or open the real thing.

The live demo is a real, read-only Orevant account with fictional demo data. No signup needed.

1 · Find your water system
Search by name, city, or PWSID. Orevant pulls the official EPA record and pre-fills everything — you never re-type what the government already knows.
2 · Sign in to an answer, not a spreadsheet
The dashboard is a work list: what needs attention now, what's due soon, what changed. No score to interpret, no manual to read.
3 · Every finding, explained the same way
What it means, why it matters, what to do, when it's due, and the official source — the same five answers on every single item.
4 · Deadlines live on a calendar, not in your head
Sampling, reports, certifications, backflow tests, cross-connection surveys, your annual water quality report, funding windows — with reminders at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, and 3 days out.
5 · Find the money, then prepare the application
Programs matched to your size, type, state, and findings — each with its official source and a guided application packet. You file it; we never submit for you.

Before you email us

The questions everyone asks.

Can it do our daily readings and our annual report?

Yes. Log chlorine, pump run time, tank levels and gallons produced from your phone each day and Orevant builds your monthly operating report from those entries — on our format, not yet on your state’s own MOR form. Once a year it generates your Consumer Confidence Report from the levels your lab found, with every federally required statement filled in (state additions verified for California and Texas today) and a public link you can send customers. You file both — Orevant never submits anything to a regulator.

What does it cost?

One plan: $199/month for your water system, with every feature included and no tiers. Additional water systems on the same account are priced separately. Pricing

Where does the data come from?

Official sources only: EPA SDWIS, 40 CFR Part 141, the Federal Register, and your state's primacy program. Every finding cites its regulation and shows the retrieval date.

Do you report us to the state?

Never. Orevant prepares documents and shows you where to file them — nothing is submitted to any regulator on your behalf.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Search your system, confirm the pre-filled EPA profile, and your dashboard is live. No training call, no import project.

We're tiny. Is this for us?

Small systems are exactly who it's for. The lookup is free with no account. A free account adds the deadline calculator, unit converter and acronym reference. The generators — sample siting plan, public notice, emergency response plan, survey prep — and everything that produces a filing are part of the $199/month plan, which is one board-approvable line item.

What if the data looks wrong?

Federal records can lag your state's files — findings say so plainly, and anything unconfirmable is labeled "Unable to Verify," never a violation. Corrections: hello@orevant.com.
